The following rules apply to the document name:
0 points, if the keyword does not appear in the document name
Max. points * weighting, if the keyword appears in the document name
In all the other cases, the rating will be calculated based on the keyword percentage in the document name, e. g.:
EXAMPLE: Keyword:
"myword" (8 characters)
Document name: "myword_abc.htm" (12 characters)
Rating: 8/12*100=66,7%
With 100 max. points and a weighting of 2, this amounts to 133 of 200 points.
If the keyword appears in the document name, at least 20 points will be assigned.
If the document name consists of more than 25 characters, 80% of the highest possible points will be assigned at the maximum.
NOTE: If you edit the rating system for a document name, edit the Max. points and Weighting fields only, but never the Intervals field!
