ReportIn the Report section a detailed report is displayed after the query. You only get to this section, if you have made all the required entries and started the query. To go to the Report section, click Next or Ranking/Report from the navigation bar.
You can first configure your query report on the Settings tab as follows:
Report type: Here you can select how the report is displayed: in table, HTML or RTF format. If you select Tabular and option Compress tables is activated, the table gets more concise, because not all of the elements are listed. You can select the desired elements from the drop down menu and view the report.
Summary: Here you can select the elements that are to be displayed in the summary. Check or uncheck the respective elements or select option All to select all elements.
User content: Here you select the elements that are to be displayed in the ranking report of your own URL. Select from the Sort by drop down menu by which elements the result should be sorted. If the List all URLs check box is checked, all URLs are listed. If this check box is not checked, only the top positions are displayed.
Competitor content: Here you select the elements that are to be displayed in the ranking report of your competitor's URL. Select from the Sort by drop down menu by which elements the result should be sorted. If the List all URLs check box is checked, all URLs are listed. If this check box is not checked, only the top positions are displayed.
Compared content: Here you select the elements that are to be displayed when comparing your own ranking to your competitor's ranking. Select from the Sort by drop down menu by which elements the result should be sorted.
Diagram: If you wish to view the ranking report in HTML or RTF format, the report contains diagrams. You can select the elements that are to be displayed in the diagrams. In addition you can choose to display the total result, the top positions or all found positions in the diagram. Note that this option is deactivated if Report type Tabular is selected.
Then click the Report tab on the left bottom of the screen to view the ranking report. Next to the navigation bar there is the Reports History field. Here you find all the previous queries displaying date and time. To view a report for these queries, just click the respective entry. If you wish to view all the changes of the history, click the Positions button.
